Return & Replacement Policy
At Carecado Naturals – Glow With Care, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.
Returns
Due to the personal nature of skincare and haircare products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Product received in a leaked or defective condition
Replacement Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be shared with us.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales
- Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer
Refund Policy
Currently, Carecado Naturals does not offer refunds for delivered products.
In approved cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, a replacement product will be provided instead.
If a replacement product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative solution may be offered at our discretion.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
